Kristy and Rebecca score a lead on an unlisted property located in a sought-after neighbourhood in Austin. However, excitement soon turns to panic when they discover that the entire house is a junkyard.

Rebecca & Kristy drive to San Antonio to check out a foreclosure that an investor friend scored at auction & is now trying to wholesale to them. The house is a stale time capsule from the 1970s complete with dirty shag carpet, a big termite problem.

Kristy and Rebecca ride their bikes through the backroads of Burnett in the Hill Country to check out a two-story, abandoned house in the woods. It's an unfinished renovation that's seen better days, but with a low price and great comps.

Rebecca and Kristy take on a recently raided, abandoned house now up for sale at a very low price; a real hot mess, this eyesore is currently a raccoon den with a sagging roof and holes in the walls.

Rebecca and Kristy get a lead on a house in the Oak Hill neighbourhood of Austin, a hot spot for young families because of the great schools and new construction.

After backing out of a deal that was too good to be true, Rebecca, Kristy and Roy are out $10,000 and are desperate for a win to keep their crews working.
