The Crimson Ghost

The masked Crimson Ghost is determined to steal the Cyclotrode X, a device designed to repel atomic bomb attacks and that can disable electrical devices.

The Crimson Ghost has stolen the engine destroying Cyclotrode and is attempting to escape from Duncan Richards.

Duncan Richards - Follows the course of the Radium Detector and is led into the path of the Death Ray.

Duncan was gassed by the Crimson Ghost, but revived before the control collar could be put on him.

The Crimson Ghost - Attempts to escape after forcing Professor Anderson to help him steal the heavy water from Duncan.

Ashe escapes with the flask of heavy water and attempts to elude Duncan, who follows closely.

Diana - Races to stop the uranium truck while Duncan fights to keep Ashe from using Cyclotrode to destroy the bridge.

Diana - Under the influence of the Ghost's control collar, aids Ashe in attacking Richards.

Duncan - Attempts to free Diana from the electrically charged control collar, unaware that Ashe is impersonating the doctor.

Duncan - Locates the Ghost's hideout with a concealed television set, but is forced to fight Ashe and the Ghost.
