Following on from one-off special Sam Faiers: The Baby Diaries, this reality series follows television personality Sam and her family, as Sam learns to adapt to her new-found motherhood and juggles being a mum with her glitzy career in the spotlight. It's Rosie's third birthday and Sam pulls out all the stops to make it special. Meanwhile, Billie suffers her first major fall during training for Dancing on Ice.

Sam and Rosie get a sneak peek of Billie's skating skills, Nelly is surprised by her new room, and Sam reveals her hopes for Paul's podcast.

There are reasons to celebrate as Little Paul brings home his first school report and Billie and Sue head down memory lane as they make preparations for Sam's 30th birthday. Meanwhile, over in Surrey, Sam and Paul are on a mission. Firstly to reclaim their bed and get Rosie and Paul to sleep in their own rooms and secondly to tick another item off Sam's 30th Bucket List by taking up dance lessons.
