Working in the shadow of his father's company under the management of his brother-in-law Fırat, Mercan struggles to prove himself despite his brother-in-law's intimidation. On top of that, Fırat hires a very talented employee, which bores Mercan even more. This new employee is Aytaç.

Mercan thinks that her brother-in-law is up to something and makes a plan with Filiz. When Fırat realizes that Mercan and Filiz are watching him, he will make a counter plan and leave them in a difficult situation.

Fired from the company, Mercan spent the night out and was scolded by her father when she returned home. Her grandfather feels sorry for her and gives her another chance. Meanwhile, Aytaç tries to hide from everyone that he was fired from his job.

The big day has come for Peri Holding. While preparations are being made for the dinner organized for the Holding employees, Fırat helps Mercan to make this special day a good one with Tarık's insistence even though he never wanted to.

Tarık tells Fırat that he will not work with him anymore if he does not divide and disband the Mercans' team. While the Mercans celebrate in the office, Fırat's cunning and seditious plans will disturb the peace of the team.

The company is nominated for the "Best Organizer" award at the Istanbul Business People's Night. When the organizing company fails to organize the night, the team turns this into an opportunity and with Aytaç's quick wit, they solve the problems and win the favor of Perihan.

Perihan decides to open an organization company and offers Aytaç a job. Hearing this, Nuri and Grandpa immediately offer Aytaç a better position. After Aytaç's job offers, Aytaç comes to work the next day with his pastry in his hand as if nothing had happened.

After the changes in the board of directors, Perihan attempts to establish an organization company again and offers Aytaç a job again. But this time Aytaç rejects this offer. When Perihan is not satisfied with this situation, she becomes obsessed with Mercan's organization company.

The organization of Perihan's mother's funeral was undertaken by Zero Organization. While the team is looking for a solution, Besim finds a solution that is not quite right. When things get more complicated, Fırat will entrust Besim to Aytaç.

When Perihan says that she wants to see Fırat in the tender, the family, which is obliged to Fırat to bind Peri Holding, convinces him. Mercan, who thinks that he will be fired if Fırat wins the tender, decides to open a new company.
