Nadia heads to Canterbury and meets the bees that make manuka honey. She makes a honey mango lassi, discovers how to make the perfect sausage and whips up a colourful merino and thyme sausage salad.

Nadia visits a unique sheep show in Rotorua and finds out about an amazing Kiwi breeding programme. Then serves up a delicious Harrisa roast chicken with a scrumptious Apple and Almond cake.
