Jamie Oliver has been cooking and experimenting with classic Christmas food for over two decades. This year, he pulls together his knowledge and experience to bring the very best of Christmas. The starting point is what Jamie calls 'the three foundations of Christmas': turkey, gravy and roast potatoes. Your guests will forgive you any mistakes as long as the turkey's succulent, the gravy's tasty, and the spuds are perfect. Jamie's serving the main with Brussels sprouts done with chorizo and chestnuts, and beautiful glazed carrots. Jamie also shares some other dishes: gravadlax steeped in a beetroot, horseradish and vodka marinade; super-gooey chocolate pots; turkey risotto; cocktails; and a classic beef Wellington.
