Ireland's Fittest Family

Mairead Ronan is back on the hunt to find the nation's fittest families, with the first heat featuring McCarthys, the Lehanes, the Greenans, and the Bissetts.

The O'Sheas Co Clare, the O'Briens from Co Cork, the Mooneys from Dublin, and the Sextons from Co Kildare battle it out for two places in the next round of the competition.

The McDonalds from Antrim, the Cuddys from Roscommon, the McIntyres from Tipperary, and the Corcorans from Westmeath battle it out for two places in the next round.

The fourth and final heat features four new families, from Clare, Co Wexford, Co Kildare and Dublin
