Sabel lives in an idyllic small town with her husband Pablo. Although life is great, she fears that he will leave her because she cannot satisfy his libido. In her desperation, she seeks help from an engkanto. After receiving help from this otherworldly being, her married life rapidly starts to improve. That is until she loses control of her own desires, alienating her husband and making her wonder whether the blessing she received is actually a curse...or an illness.
