Sparta is second only to Athens when it comes to famous historical Ancient Greek city states and its military prowess and incredible hoplites are incredibly well-known. But one thing less spoken of is that the famous King Leonidas who fought the Persians wasn't the only king of Sparta, he had a co-king. And it was around these two kings that the entire Spartan Constitution was based and operated. Kamikaze Pilots had one job. Introduce and crash their face (and plane) into the deck of an American Aircraft Carrier or Battleship. They were a late addition to Imperial Japan's arsenal during the latter years of World War 2 when they desperately trying to stop the United States from defeating them.
