You may be thinking why black and white ? Why not carry on with the 3D animations? Well, rest assured that we are, but we really felt that it was time to revisit the original content that started it all, and give it a refresh! (and there's a special cameo appearance in there from your favourite bear!) The original idea for Hey Bear was to create an app for our second daughter, Anna, after observing how our first daughter, Elizabeth, had loved all of the black and white edged baby toys. We wanted to create an app that had visuals that babies could track, with simple objects and soft movement. We launched Baby View and Baby View lite (the free version) on the app store, it has been downloaded over a million times, and has been used everywhere from homes to eye hospitals in the Philippines! We're always humbled to be able to help families in some small way, and this is the most rewarding job we never knew we wanted to do!

Hey Bear Sensory invites you to take some time to relax, reduce your stress levels and maybe help you to get to sleep. It has been our intention for a while now to make some videos that would serve a wider audience, and to explore more immersive techniques, that promote relaxation, sleep and stress relief. We wanted to create an environment, paired with beautiful music, that would help people to switch off from their daily stresses.

This video is not a traditional counting tool, and you won't see any numbers. But we encourage you to use the the scenes within to encourage and introduce counting, for example, there's five blueberries and they all jump five times. Maybe get some blueberries out of the fridge and count with them as well ( and eat them!). The thought process behind this was that most 'learning' or counting tools are focused on remembering the numerical symbol, for example seeing numbers lined up 1-10. You can count the movements, the characters or both. Theres plenty of opportunity to learn, or just enjoy your favourite characters!
