Cruising with Jane McDonald

Jane starts out on the trip of a lifetime as she island-hops solo around the Caribbean. She begins in Barbados, where she goes snorkelling with two fellow Brits from Yorkshire, and hires private tour guide Dawn Lisa to point out the magical sights that leave Jane in awe of the flora, fauna and culture of the island

Jane heads to St Lucia. taking a trip to the heart of the rainforest to get view of the flora and fauna from above the canopy, and going on a boat ride from the north to the south of the island en route to an outdoor hot tub heated by a volcano. Jane also meets Helen DeMacque-Crockett, aka Pepsi of Pepsi & Shirlie fame, who has St Lucian heritage and has moved to the island to run a sailboat charter business
