In Leeds, VIP cabin crew Gav kicks off the competition with the culinary delights of his favourite country, India. However, Gav's cabin crew training seems to be missing when he neglects to present his guests with any cutlery and reveals his alter ego. Second host, Paul, attempts to inject some culture into the proceedings by serving up the very finest Wagyu beef fillets but is shocked when Gav demands his very well done. Night three sees drama teacher Kelly lead everyone down the rabbit hole with a fairytale-themed dinner party. The final night has American school teacher Sarah-Ann trying to broaden her new found British chums' palates with a menu of old family favourites. But just what on earth is sawdust chicken and what's so funny about Aunt Karen's strawberry jello pretzel pudding?
