From there he has a look at some superminis, hot hatchbacks, sports cars and supercars, in addition to some further motorsport action and a brief detour on to the worst cars ever made.

After introducing the video by showing off a variety of professional sports which its athletes make seem easy, including a Group B Audi Quattro being driven competitively by a rally driver of the era, he heads to Mallory Park with a selection of sports cars, beginning with the Porsche 911.

Among the various cars Clarkson drives is a Ford RS200 Evolution, which he unintentionally damages by oversteering into a grassy verge, knocking off a bumper. He also compares the stopping distances between a vintage Ford Anglia and a comparatively more modern Ford Focus, with a Range Rover that is also used to pull down a speed camera.
