Benoit visits Durbuy, the smallest city in the world, located in the Ardennes region. Passing through Liège, he discovers a café that honors the Québécois, tastes the best boulet liégeois, and enjoys some delicious local beers.

Benoit travels to Maredsous, a picturesque little village, and stays in an unusual accommodation. He travels the railways in a handcar and visits the abbey with none other than the Father Abbot himself. Together they taste their famous beers.
