We start the series in the hustle and bustle of embarkation day at their home port of Miami, Florida. As over 1,000 crew beaver away to get the ship ready for new passengers, the bridge team have strong winds to contend with - will they be able to set sail?

Scarlet Lady, one of the newest and most luxurious ships at sea, is steaming towards it's first port of call: Costa Maya in Mexico. But on the bridge, British First Officer Elliot has noticed a problem - the ship has fallen behind schedule and is danger of missing it's arrival slot.

Scarlet Lady, starts its journey in the high seas heading to the crystal-clear waters of Bimini in the Bahamas. Before she docks in 'paradise' there's a hive of activity on the ship! Our 'entertainer with the most', Ryan, teams up with Brazilian mixologist extraordinaire, Ricky, to host a rather entertaining cocktail making class for the sailors.

Scarlet Lady is preparing to leave its home port of Miami. Yet as excitement builds amongst new passengers, some crew are battling with a challenge in one of the most popular restaurants. 'The Wake' has a leak in the roof and with holidaymakers hoping to enjoy a meal soon, will manager Andre, get the problem solved in time?

it's party time for lovebirds Callum and Cielo. It is Cielo's birthday on the ship and Callum is keen to make it special. He might be able to rig out a whole stage, but can he get to grips with some birthday decorations and will his surprises for his girlfriend, hit the mark?

This week on The Cruise, while the sailors sleeps, the night crew kick into action. They've got a lot to get through before everyone wake up - the hot tubs need scrubbed out, all the pots from the restaurants need cleaning, and the breakfast pastries need to be baked. Will they get through everything in time for the break of day?
