Warship

As the ship prepares to leave Portsmouth the crew members are assessed to see if they are ready for battle.

The team are put through their paces just before the ship finally sets sail.

The ship travels down the Suez Canal and a sailor goes missing. The crew get the chance to celebrate on board.

Naval royalty are entertained on board the ship. A young couple are in love. The sailors practice ship boarding procedures. The Harriers join lusty.

RAF pilots practise landing on the flight deck whilst the ship is in the the Indian Ocean. The ship meets up with a supply boat.

A nuclear submarine meets up with the ship for some training exercises. After 3 months at sea the Illustrious heads for home.
