In a series of six programs, we follow the Swedish troop's meeting with the everyday life of the war in one of the world's poorest countries. Despite the presence of foreign military for ten years, the security situation in the country has only become worse. Part 1 of 6: The battle at Nghala.

Hill at Ali Zayi. The Swedes are tasked with keeping a hill in the village of Ali Zayi. At the same time, Afghan police and military operations in the area are causing irritation to the local population.

The enemy has besieged a mobile phone tower above the village of Nghala. The task of the Swedes is to recapture the tower together with the Afghan military

The Swedes will help Afghan soldiers to disarm a hostile manufacturing of road mines.

How are you affected after having taken another person's life in battle? After six months, the force is changed and new soldiers will replace those who go home.

Suddenly, the Swedish soldiers are told that the same Taliban has just been shot by wanting to change sides and seek solicitation from the Afghan police.
