Follows the lives of eight young hopefuls who share the lifelong dream of becoming a vet.

This week fifth year student Steph faces a heart-breaking scenario after they are called to a cat hoarder's house. Chris faces his fears to tackle half a tonne of hostile heifer and Pete nervously awaits the results of an exam.

5th years Megan and Chris work the graveyard shift and have a serious case - Penny the kelpie has internal bleeding and needs help fast. Pete and Jade, both 4th years, are also up late studying for the next day's exam.

The 5th Year students are rapidly approaching the end of their course. As they prepare for life in the real world they are working more and more on their own. For the first time they are holding consults with clients solo.

As the 5th Years hurtle towards graduation, they are facing the most challenging cases. Chris is in the referral medicine department that deals with the most baffling cases, can he work out what's wrong with poodle Lana?

The 5th year students are just days away from graduating but there is still one major hurdle in their way: their dreaded final exams. Erin faces a baffling problem with a golden retriever. (Final)
