At just 42, Stephen Martin was recently appointed chief executive of the Clugston Group, a major force in construction, building roads, schools and supermarkets.
But the industry is in crisis, so Stephen has decided to trade in his suit and expense account for a hard hat and a canteen lunch and, armed with a cover story, he visits his construction sites to work alongside his frontline employees.
