Toughest Place to Be (2016)

The first of two programmes following Irish workers as they try to do their jobs in some of the world's most demanding locations. Experienced nurse Berna Breen travels to Tegucigalpa in Honduras to work in the Accident & Emergency department of the main public hospital, encountering the traumatic effects of a gang war that marks this city out as one of the most dangerous and volatile places on Earth.

Christy Carey swaps his route in Dublin for the chaos and colour of the Nepalese capital of Kathmandu, one of the world's most polluted and congested cities. He has just one week to get to grips with driving in a city that has a notorious reputation for treacherous roads and perilous driving conditions.
