Fitness instructor Petra has lived in her rented council flat in North London for 32 years. But for the past 20 years she's been at loggerheads with her neighbour Tracy.

A neighbourly war over parking erupts into assault and intimidation leaving one homeowner fearing for their life. When neighbours begin vandalising a country manor it becomes one woman versus an entire estate.

A young man's dream of living on his own for the first time are ruined when he is subjected to intimidation and violence. Friendship turns sour leading to intimidation by sound, smell and verbal abuse.
