Bear takes Marvel super-hero Simu Liu to The Rocky Mountains in Canada, in the middle of winter. They are dropped of on a mountain top, where Bear teaches Simu how to get himself down from the mountain, and survive in nature.

Ashton Kutcher joins Bear in the jungles of Costa Rica. As they traverse through rivers, swamps and jungles, Bear teaches Ashton essential survival skills including how to travel with fire, traverse a mangrove forest, and do a commando crawl. On Day 2 Bear sets up a rope challenge and Ashton use the commando crawl skill to cross over a 300ft high gorge.

Rappelling from a helicopter, Bear takes Florence Pugh to the volcanic rainforests of Costa Rica.
