Kasper is overtaken by a driver who is slaloming in heavy traffic. Kasper quickly suspects that the driver may be under the influence.

Kenneth and Mathias from Tungvogncenter Øst check student vans, where a self-assembled draft beer system arouses their interest. Kasper spots a driver talking on a handheld mobile phone, but when he stops him, the matter takes a much more serious turn. Vlado keeps an eye on a suspicious car, while Benjamin takes up the fight against the many illegal electric bicycles that fill the streets of Copenhagen. In Utah, the sun is high in the sky, but the idyll is broken by a man who is allegedly filming children and young people in a local pool.

Kenneth and Mathias contact a man who has parked in the emergency lane to eat his lunch. What they don't know is that they will soon have to fight an angry truck driver, and that Kenneth will have to find his inner Jørgen Clevin.
