Paul Hollywood tours France, looking at the characteristics of the country's cars and drivers.
The six-day road trip begins in Paris where Paul is joined by French Top Gear presenter Philippe Lellouche. In a classic Citroen DS, they experience Parisian traffic jams in the rain, before putting the DS's advanced suspension to the test.
Paul then questions why the French do not build flashy cars and examines the relationship between cars and food with chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
Paul visits Le Mans, home of the famous 24-hour race, looks at the Renault Espace in Clermont-Ferrand and the Citroen 2CV in Lyon, and finally meets two Formula One legends for a thrilling end to the trip.
