The ranch owned by Ricardo Gallardo, located on the "Los Romerales" farm (San José del Valle, Cádiz) although recently created (1996) is considered one of the most extensive wild cattle ranches. It has been made up from its origins with bulls of Domecq origin, via Jandilla. It is one of the most demanded irons within the Sanfermines.
