The Immortals of Brazil

Two friends are in a closed house in search of clues that explain an alleged suicide of the owner, who was the uncle of one of them. Inspecting the place, they discover various clues that may reveal a forbidden romance and a strange murder.

In 1893 in Rio de Janeiro, the Brazilian Navy rebelled against the government of the country (an episode known as the Navy Revolution). Six months of intense fighting resulted in incalculable material and human losses.

A present-day troubadour, father of 9 children, supports 3 families in different locations in the interior of Bahia. One day, he arrives in the city of Cachoeira and crosses with the most coveted woman in the region, who is married to a famous gunman. Despite the warnings, he heeds the girl's calls and seduces her in his own home.

After riding for hours inside the jungle, Bruno sees a farm and decides to stop. There he is received by Laura, a pretty girl in a blue apron who introduces him to the owner of the house; what Bruno did not expect was that Fausto, his friend from the university, would be the owner of the property.
