The cameras follow different frontline officers who try and hold our communities together. They work day and night, solving conflicts, attempting to make our neighbourhoods a better place to live in.

In Enfield, environmental protection officers help vulnerable individuals living in filthy properties. Elaine Barnes is not pleased about dumped vehicles, and Ned and Jeff are given a torrent of abuse as they attempt to deal with neighbours from hell.
