Anahera is busy in the wharekai kitchen, to her surprise Kura is home from Oz. It’s all go on the marae with little to no time for distractions.

It’s a battle on the court with Ngāti Mangopare sending their best ballers to represent the marae.

The marae is hosting a 1st birthday party, complete with water activities, face painting, and cake. Anahera runs in to some trouble but it’s nothing Kura isn’t prepared to try and fix.

The marae is the perfect backdrop for a wedding but what happens when there is a schedule clash and two events are forced to share space ?

The pou of the marae kitchen has passed away, so it is all hands on deck. Anahera and Kura put their differences aside to care for their haukāinga.
