It is the start of the season in Norway's decidedly largest ski resort, Trysil, and everyone is working hard to get ready for opening, but not everything is going well.

Trond and Patrick in the event group have more than enough to contend with when it comes to arranging ski weekend in the facility, but when they connect the power they get an explosive surprise.

Norway's steepest alpine slope, the Expert, is getting ready for opening, and the ship patrol has hectic days with many damage to the facility.

Øyvind and Nicolai work hard to open the bigjump in the park, while Patrick arranges New Year's Eve and Tommy shares a sad secret.

Tommy and son Christopher are working to finish the new après-ski song, while Trond and Patrick struggle to make the sound work at the Valleshowet. Tore from the ski rental must step in for an employee who is injured.

There has been a lot of snow and it is difficult to keep the slopes open. The ship patrol has to blast snowflakes to avoid crashing, but they encounter unexpected problems. Ada reveals a big secret.

Trond and Patrick are going to drive commercials out on the slopes, but struggle to get up the slopes. Tommy and Christopher take promo pictures for the new song, but have a bad time when it comes to rigging from après-ski to dinner at Laaven.

Trond and Patrick will arrange the NOR Freeski Cup in the park, while Swedish Dave will try kiting for the first time, which proves to be both difficult and painful.

Line is the only girl in the ski patrol, and what starts as a leisurely day for Line on the slopes should prove to be the most dramatic day of all.

There is a lot of activity in the workshop, and both Patrick and Trond have things to fix. Out in the trail, a snow groomer has broken down and it will be a demanding job for Øyvind to tow it in with the excavator.

It's time for the premiere of the movie "Fool to the Mountains" which was filmed in Trysil last year. Trond and Patrick rig up a party in the ground while Tommy travels to Oslo to arrange après-ski there.

There is a storm in the facility and a lot to do for the ship patrol. Ada and Noah bring snowboarding training into the bad weather.

There are a lot of people and many accidents on the slopes so the ship patrol is busy helping everyone who needs help. At Laaven it is also hectic, but for Tommy, a pleasant surprise awaits.
