Imagine you're standing in a box. You don't know where you are. You don't know how long you'll be there, and you have no idea what awaits you when the doors open. That's the reality for ten famous Danes who are ready for tough competition in 'The Box'. The ten yellow boxes are opening for the first time on a disused factory site. Two challenges await, one of which requires courage and the ability to navigate in cold water.

When the boxes open, tough tackles are bound to happen at Gentofte Stadium, where an American football team is ready with a anything but warm welcome. The participants' collaborative skills are also challenged when the boxes later open in a kitchen, where orders pour in and create chaos.

Planes and parachutes wait outside the boxes and push the participants' limits when they also have to try to see the way to victory on the way down. Victory will be something several teams will look for a long time when they have to put runes into a system at the Viking Castle. This sends two participants into a duel in the trauma room, where a pearl plate must be operated on.

The boxes open in a warehouse, where the participants compete against each other to collect the correct boxes. One participant sees his way to steal from one of the others and is subsequently forced to confess. The decisive duel takes place on a handball court, where the winner is the one with the best ears and eye for the ball.
