Elvira Iseli is entering the television business. In the latest episode, the busy main character of ‘Total Birgit’ founds a neighbourhood television station. And she has indeed discovered a gap in the market. The channel turns out to be a real pearl in the TV offering. No one has ever been this close to the people, especially because reporter Schruppatelli really puts her foot down. Grandma Pfund also impresses with her quirky everyday tips, and Mrs Schori's gossip is second to none. Of course, the television work of this female troupe is not entirely professional and somewhat idiosyncratic, but it is certainly original. And successful. ‘Tele Iseli’ is well received and causes a furore. The residents of the neighbourhood become little TV stars, and that doesn't just lead to positive surprises.

But Elvira Iseli has got herself into a bit of a mess: she has promised various unemployed women a job, but soon realises that it's not as easy as she thought. Once again, Mrs Iseli's ingenuity is called upon. She founds a company and hires her protégés herself. However, it is completely unclear to her in which field this company could operate. A brilliant idea is needed. Why not get the money from where it is available, from managers and the upper class? This turns out to be a promising business model, because the concerns and needs of the upper class are diverse and specialised. But Mrs Iseli has the answer to such problems and also knows how to make a profit from them.

Birgit Steinegger has tracked down Elvira Iseli at her holiday resort in southern Spain. Together they want to look back on Mrs Iseli's turbulent life and discuss her future plans. Will they succeed?
