Hikaru Raido, a high school student, returns to his hometown for the first time in seven years. When he finds a mysterious "Ultraman Taro" doll, he is surprised to find it talks! With the guidance of fate, Hikaru becomes a new hero, Ultraman Ginga, and confronts evil!

Hikaru shares his secret with his childhood friend, Misuzu. But she has an evil devil's hand! The pursuit demon, Kemur, approaches Misuzu! Protect Hikaru and Misuzu!

Hikaru's old school, Furusei Elementary, has long since shut down. Evil flames approach their precious place, as the double-headed monster King Pandon invades! A new technique of Ultraman Ginga is activated for a powerful enemy monster that spits fire!

After their original model quits, Misuzu decides to fill in for a photo shoot. For some reason, Ragon is aiming for Misuzu, who is confused by their unfamiliar gravure photography but does her best! Kenta wants to be a photographer, Chigusa secretly dreams of being an idol, and Hikaru stands up as Ultraman Ginga to protect their important friends.

When Junkiller appears, Hikaru tells Misuzu and Chigusa that he has a limited amount of time to integrate with Ginga in the battle. When Kenta sees this, he thinks he's being left out and leaves! The devil's hand of the alien Valky approaches from Kenta's resentment!

The mysterious robot Junkiller appears, controlled by a mysterious transfer student, Tomoya Ichijoji. Tiga Dark also appears, a dark giant who stands in front of the battle between Junkiller and Ginga! Sparks will fly in this heart-pounding battle for youth and dreams!
