Bulbul, a conman arrives in the colourful city of Varanasi to con his next target, Ram Tripathi, a highly influential figure in the town. Bulbul meets Isabelle and ends up spending a night with her. Later he comes to know that Isabelle is married to Ram Tripathi and handles her businesses.

Bulbul bags a job at Tripathi’s call centre, he spots Divya who works in Tripathi jewellery store in the same building. Bulbul instantly falls in love with Disha. Tripathi gets shot at but Bulbul saves his life and wins his trust as he gets shot in the process. Dilbag, a dreaded cop who works for Ram Tripathi is suspicious of Bulbul but Ram Tripathi offers Bulbul a place in his farm house and asks Isabelle to take care of him.

Bulbul & Disha start to like each other. Ram Tripathi & Isabelle’s strained relationship comes to forefront. Bulbul spots Disha with a boy who turns out to be her brother Sunny. Disha and Sunny steal from the jewellery store but Bulbul catches them and gets involved with them to steal all the money present in Tripathi’s vault which is kept above the jewellery store.

Disha steals the vault keys from the jewellery store manager. Bulbul, Disha & Sunny execute the heist. It is for their surprise the amount of money in the vault is much more than expected, they take everything from the vault. Dilbag arrives at the store and initiates a series of investigation. Bulbul is summoned by Dilbag for the crime committed at Tripathi jewellers but Isabelle testifies in favour of Bulbul and in return asks Bulbul to kill Ram Tripathi.

Bulbul makes Isabelle believe that he has killed her husband Ram but will not handover his dead body. Bulbul & Disha make a swift exit from Banaras to evade the consequences of what they have done. As they drive away, Bulbul shares his vision for turning 100 crores into 400 crores.

Bulbul and Disha continue to execute their plan of conning Digvijay Singh, a corrupt politician. Isabelle enters the picture and claims that she is also a part of Bulbul’s plan to open a Casino. Bulbul is enthralled by Isabelle’s sudden entry. All of them try & get the deal going. They successfully secure the money from Digvijay Singh with help of Isabelle.

Bulbul, Disha & Isabelle take the money & drive away. Bulbul refuses to handover Ram Tripathi’s dead body to Isabelle. Bulbul realises that they are being followed by the police but to his surprise Isabelle points a gun at Bulbul and asks him to surrender to Dilbag Singh. Will Bulbul get arrested or he will find a way out?
