Then it's on to Mississippi where Taylor's Grocery whips up succulent catfish served both blackened and fried. And don't forget the, picture perfect hush puppies that are soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. They try their housemade fried pork rinds, watermelon soup, and the chef's pan seared Grouper. Later it doesn't get any more off the beaten path than at Walls BBQ in Savannah, where an indoor open pit is grilling up mouth-watering chicken alongside ooey, gooey mac & cheese.
