Dex and Lyle come across a goose whom Lyle has a history with, and Dex learns about the consequences of punching one.

Fifty Shades of Gay introduces a new one-off character to the show; Fanny; one of Dex's old girlfriends. It is also the first episode in Season Three, to show the return of Rauss (In a paralyzed wheelchair.) Rauss wants to read their new novel to Dex and Lyle.

Dex, Lyle, Nina, and Amanda are all stuck on a train track, and get hit by a train. They get sent to purgatory where they meet the Grim Reaper, who offers to bring them back to life if they can beat him in a "clash of the fists". But each time they're revived, they nearly instantly get hit by the train again, and have to use their wits and quick thinking with the help of the Grim Reaper to successfully get off the repeated cycle of death.

The Boy Bangers shows Dex and Lyle's new band the 'Boy Bangers'. Lyle and Dex find it hard to appeal to women without looking gay and this results to Lyle's shooting himself and his death and departure from the series.
