Man's Best Friend: Ren and Stimpy learn the true meaning of obedience when George Liquor takes them home with him and swears to make them "champions".
*Note: This banned episode is actually from the second season of The Ren & Stimpy Show, though it left unaired due to a scene involving Ren beating George Liquor with an oar.
Big House Blues: In the eight-minute pilot, Ren Hoek, a short-tempered chihuahua and Stimpy, a tailless dim-witted cat get caught by the dogcatcher and are sent to the pound where they meet Jasper and briefly Phil until he has to take "The Big Sleep". Ren initially doesn't understand, but after Jasper explains this to Ren, their lives seem to be on a thin thread until a sweet girl adopts them both.
The uncut version of episode where Ren has a love dream and accidentally kisses Stimpy was put on Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon" along with the banned episode, "Man's Best Friend".
The pilot screened in film festivals several months before the show debuted on television. "Big House Blues" is included in the first & second season DVD set.

The characters are introduced and are already down on their luck until a dog catcher catches them. Everything seems fine until Jasper the Pup warns Ren of "The Big Sleep." Ren gets paranoid and when everything seems darkest a little girl comes up to take Ren home, but Ren will only go if Stimpy does.

Stinky Wizzleteats gives a brief description of what happened in part one of FIREDOGS 2. We continue with the story, showing the bachelor life with the fire chief. The chief asks Ren and Stimpy to be roommates with him. They agree. Back at his apartment, the fire chief makes Ren and Stimpy promise that when he gets old, they'll take care of him until he dies. Stimpy becomes pregnant with Ren's baby. Ren is at first disgusted with Stimpy's pregnancy. When Stimpy goes into labor, Ren is forced to start a driveby with other people on the highway. With help from the police, Ren and Stimpy successfully get to the hospital, where their child is delivered by Dr. Mr. Horse, only to learn that Stimpy was just constipated, although Dr. Mr. Horse does not have the heart to tell the anticipated "parents" this.
