Restless blood

Peter Veber is a wealthy owner of a green estate and is investigating why he runs out of a whole container of goods every month. At first glance, he does not trust his loving family, relying only on his assistant Lukas. Sara Petrič is a criminal investigator who goes to the estate because she suspects that the company is involved in illegal business. She first meets Lukas, whom she also meets at a charity donation.

At a charity event, Peter is attacked by a stranger, which is only noticed by his closest friends and Sara. Peter is doused with wine, but the incident causes concern among the family members. Sara notices that the attacker has dropped the scalpel and secretly puts it in her purse. Peter hints at a family meeting that he is considering retirement, and a fight over the future of the company immediately begins.

Sara is angry with herself for giving in to Lukas' charms, but he manages to get the USB stick away from her. Peter hires a mysterious lawyer and draws up a new will. Olga is suspicious, Diana is convinced that Helena and Valter persuaded her father to do this, and they both feel the same way about Diana. Florjan finds suspicious things on the security camera footage on the stick and shows it to Sara.

Olga convinces Ervin to find out what is hidden in Petrov's new will, and Valter convinces Zoja to extract information about the will from her grandfather. Florjan and Sara plan an evening ambush in front of the warehouse. Meanwhile, Lukas discovers something similar to Florjan on the recordings. Valter is worried to learn that Lukas is searching the warehouse on Petrov's orders. Helena and Diana finally come to terms.

Sara is worried about the bracelet, lest Lukas find out that she took and returned the USB stick. Ervin wants Simončič to put pressure on Peter's lawyer and find out what is stated in the new will. Florjan chooses Gorenc as an ambush, but Sara doesn't want to sit idly by, so she calls Lukas. He has a lunch date with Peter and invites Sara to lunch with him. That's how Sara meets Peter Veber.

Vlasta reveals to Duška that Sara is in danger, and Duška realizes that the only real threat to Sara is Duška. Meanwhile, Sara immediately catches up with Peter on the estate, but Olga and Diana join her. Florjan and Gorenc intercept Vebtrade's truck and search it. On the way home, Sara sees Vlasta by the road, and Peter goes for a ride, where he unfortunately falls off his horse.

Peter is not seriously injured and does not want to make a big deal out of the accident, although he still needs a doctor. Olga spends the night at Ervin's and tells him that she wants to get rid of Lukas. Sara takes the scalpel that Vlasta used to attack Peter to the forensics department, but everything goes wrong at work. They try to bring Lukas down on the estate, but he refuses to leave until he meets Peter.

Sara finds a mysterious message in her mailbox at home. Things are heating up between Sara and Lukas, and Sara is enjoying it more than she dares to admit. Valter and Diana join forces against Lukas and try to instigate an affair with an underage girl on call. Peter is surprised by Olga's kindness, but Olga has her own ulterior motives. Matic wants Zoja to ride again.

Olga secretly hacks into Peter's computer. Valter's strange behavior fills Helena with despair and she suspects that her husband is cheating on her with Diana. Sara is angry with herself for allowing Lukas to hurt her. Gorenc brings her information about Peter's attacker. Duška convinces Sara to apologize to Florjan. Peter's accountant brings alarming news about unusual transactions in the company's account.

All evidence of the theft of money points to Lukas, and the family confronts Peter with the contents of the new will. When Lukas finds out, he is shocked and does not want Peter's company. Sara apologizes to Florjan, but the club threatens to fire her. The family celebrates because they have gotten rid of the parasite on their property. Peter watches them disappointingly and considers selling the company when he receives another piece of bad news.

Sara prejme službeni klic o prevrnjenem kamionu in najdenem kokainu, kar še utrdi njen sum, da je Lukas kriminalec. Petra bolj kot za robo skrbi zdravje voznika, zato se odpravi v bolnišnico, kjer mu policist prepreči dostop do zaposlenega. Ker se obeta hišna preiskava, sta Valter in Olga panična. Simončič na postaji sprašuje, od kod jim nalog za hišno preiskavo.

Zoja nerada, a le pomaga očetu in skrije torbo z denarjem. Matic je zmeden zaradi njenega obnašanja in ji sledi. Florjan pripelje Lukasa na zaslišanje. Sara se medtem doma obremenjuje z mislijo, da se je zapletla s kriminalcem. Simončič preiskavo usmeri na voznika kamiona, saj hišne preiskave niso obrodile sadov. Ervin bo priskočil na pomoč Olgi, a ima svoje zahteve.

Lukas Petru obljubi, da mu bo pomagal oprati podjetje glede obtožb v zvezi z drogami. Florjan Boletko pošlje proč, da lahko s Saro načrtujeta, kako bo spet navezala stik z Lukasom. Valter išče Zojo, ker hoče priti do svojega denarja. Diana je prepričana, da posestvo nima prave vrednosti, zato je Olga pripravljena sprejeti Ervinov pogoj, če bo ustavil preiskavo.

Lukas je vesel, ko se dobi s Saro, Sara pa je zadržana. Iz njega poskuša izvleči kakšno podrobnost, on pa bi raje govoril o njima. Florjan bi rad, da mu Simončič odobri nalog za dostop do Petrovih računov. Sumi, da Simončič namerno vodi preiskavo stran od Vebra. Peter ugotovi, kdo ga je okradel, Valter pa je besen na svojo hčer. Peter Sari ponudi službo.

Peter pričaka Olgo in od nje zahteva, da prizna svojo krivdo. Sara navdušeno pripoveduje Florjanu, da ji je Peter ponudil službo pri Vebrovih, a Florjan meni, da je to preveč nevarno. Helena, Valter in Zoja imajo zelo hladen pogovor. Ker se jima Zoja upre, se Valter odloči za radikalno potezo. Sara v novi službi spozna Bobana, ki Petru pojasnjuje najdbo kokaina.

Lukas presenečen izve, da je Sara nova Petrova tajnica. Peter in Boban odhitita v bolnišnico, kjer se je šofer Matjaž zbudil iz kome. Tja prideta tudi Florjan in Gorenc. Florjan Petru očita, da je poskušal utišati glavno pričo. Ervin je zaskrbljen zaradi Vlaste, dovolj ima tudi Olginih problemov. Zoja poskuša preprečiti prodajo konja Indiga, na posestvu pa Gorenc obišče Saro.
