In the series launch we take a 1991 Chevy Suburban and transform it into ‘Project Unbreakable.’ We test the Suburban at on off-road track, then return to the studio to tear it down to the frame, create a full build-plan, get the engine work underway, and begin fabrication.

It’s fabrication time on our Chevy Suburban we’re calling “Unbreakable”, and with the help of Jeremy and Jimmy from Carcass the guys build an off-road-ready frame that’s out of this world.

The guys visit DBR Performance and their first chance ever to drive a Jeep TrackHawk, which inspires a plan of their own…to turn an old Wagoneer into a screaming street monster.

Our Jeep TrashHawk gets the upgraded axles, brakes, and suspension it will need to handle 707 horses, and become a ride like its never been before.

Our GMC “Unbreakable” Suburban gets its new suspension along with a good sanding and paint job to help get it ready for the real world.

Our “Unbreakable” Suburban gets its engine and transmission, fuel system, 4-link suspension, front clip and hood all installed and ready to go.

We rescue a 1965 Ford F350 flatbed that hasn’t run in 5 years. If we can get it started in the field we’ll haul it back to the shop to make it safe and driveable again. It might even become our new shop truck!

Our Unbreakable Chevy Suburban makes its final preparations for payoff with completion of the engine bay, drivetrain, exhaust, and interior.

We kick off an exciting new build! We’ll drive, teardown, and media blast a 1974 Bronco to uncover what lies beneath 40+ years of abuse.

With the help of some master craftsmen, the guys start building a Bronco from the ground up, one that will cruise the beach, scream down the interstate, and everything in between.

The guys put Project Unbreakable, our ’91 Chevy Suburban, to the test at Adventure Off Road Park! From trails to mud we’ll see it all! Plus, we’re off to a viewer’s house to rescue the interior of her 1966 Chevy C10.

After completing final work on our TrackHawk inspired 1986 Jeep Wagoneer we call TrashHawk, it’s time for some high performance fun at the National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park track.

Our ’74 Bronco build is getting a suspension overhaul plus new axles, brakes, wheels and tires! And John Kramen from Mecum Auctions stops by to check on the progress.

It’s time to mock everything in place in our 1974 Bronco. We’ll also have the frame blasted and powder coated, the body in epoxy, and assembled to the frame.

We welcome legendary custom car builder Chris Ryan and his team to help with our 1974 Bronco. We give it a professional paint job that will completely transform this build.

It’s final assembly for our 1974 Bronco. We’ll install a Coyote engine, rollbar, and bedliner, plus a super smooth cut and buff on the new paint job.

Today we finish the final assembly of our 1974 Beach Cruiser Bronco with the installation of the interior.
