A speedboat with mannequins on the deck enters the pillar of the St Petersburg city dam: a man, a woman and two children. Rescuers discover that a corpse is sitting in place of a mannequin. This is Marta Anders, Estonian Consul in St. Petersburg. Once again, a joint research team will be set up, led by Inga and Maksim. It turns out that Marta Anders ran a fund that dealt with artificial insemination. The cadre owner Popov, his wife whose car was used in the abduction of Anders, the art gallery owner, crisis manager Rednikov, fanatical proponents of family values, as well as the entire consul's circles, are being questioned. Rednikov and Oleg are lost. Investigators are hearing people who worked at the maternity hospital where Oleg's mother died.
