Les candidats des premières saisons de LOL reviennent. Cette fois-ci, ils sont encore plus aguerris, plus armés et déterminés à attaquer tout de suite très fort. Entre alliances et coups bas, les compétiteurs devront se méfier de tout le monde, et surtout de ceux qu'ils connaissent le mieux.
Même s'ils ont déjà l'expérience du jeu, dès le coup d'envoi, tous ont déjà le rire au bord des lèvres.
