Duff: Ace of Taste

Duff Goldman cooks for some local firefighters, rising to the challenge by showing off his calling card: Texas Chili. Of course, it's not chili without trimmings, so he also serves Sweet Southern Cornbread and Peach Cobbler with No-Churn Ice Cream.

The neighbourhood school is having a bake sale, so Duff Goldman bakes up some crowd pleasers, including brown butter blondies, black, white and green Cookies, buttery tri-color bullseye spritz cookies and syrupy topanga honey rolled baklava.

There's no doubt that Duff Goldman loves to rock; he needs to make the snacks for band practise; Duff puts together a rockin' good lineup of cheeseburger cream puffs, sweet and spicy muhammara dip and Boston cream doughnuts.

Duff Goldman plans baby Josephine's first tea party and makes recipes perfect for tiny fingers to grab, like Mini Quiches filled with bacon and cheese, layered Mini Joconde Sponge Cakes and his decadent Mini Fudge Bites.

Duff Goldman is inspired to make his wife, Johnna's, favourite things to eat, including his Great Grandmother's Chocolate Babka and a savoury Spinach Artichoke Babka. For dessert, Russian Tea Cakes are Duff and Johnna's perennial favourite cookies.

Duff Goldman loves being outside with his wife, Johnna, so their sunset hike has become a tradition. He prepares a picnic to take along, with Soft Pretzels with Cambozola Cheese Fondue, Pastrami Hand Sammies and Malibu Berry Hand Pies for dessert.
