Setting premise and character introductions

Logan Horn, veteran detective of the XDF, seeks to solve one last case before being forced into retirement. To do this, he receives help from both sides of the law.

The prots and cons discreetly board the Brigham, a shardship bound for Southern Qethos. However, an untimely hijacking forces them to intervene for the sake of the mission.

With the hijacking dealt with, the shardship lands at a nearby XDF station. Not wanting to get found out, the prots and cons try to stay undercover and find a way to get to their destination.

Arriving within the city of Jotun, the prots and cons get some much needed rest and start getting in touch with Eli's contact.

After meeting up with their contact, the prots and cons spend some time ironing out some uncertainties within their group.

Having defeated the hostile machine, the prots and cons decide to stop at the city of Helvidd to meet up with a contact from "The Family" before heading to Victor's old home.

The prots and cons arrive at the Cicero Manor, with the goal of finding the missing body, as well as investigating the inactivity of the JDF within.

As the prots and cons explore the manor, Dash and Piper recall a previous experience similar to one they encountered within the mansion.

The prots and cons continue to explore the Cicero Manor, navigating through its labyrinth style corridors and finding their way to the basement of the manor.

The prots and cons reach the location of the body, discovering that this case goes far deeper than what it initially seemed.

Having escaped the trap set by the XDF, the Prots and Cons hide out in some nearby ruins to discuss what they had seen transpire and decide their next course of action.
