Then Penguin (Oswald Cobblepot) talks to Sal Maroni telling him to come to Arkham but then Penguin is getting the plan of killing Maroni to take the family of crime. Lastly Jim gets a call from Killer Croc and threatens him to come after him.

The aftermath on Killer Croc's death was to bring a new villain to Arkham. Jim kills Killer Croc in the beginning from the previous episode at the last minute. Jim meets this Mad Hatter character named "Jervis Tetch". Wayne was not in this episode but while not in the episode he was at Wayne Enterprises in Gotham. At the end Jervis makes a gang called the "Wonderland Gang". Jervis plans to kill Jim Gordon and the GCPD. And also Tweedledee and Tweedledum (twin cousins) takes on a big masacure at the GCPD. Jim goes and find them to put them in Arkham Asylum.

Harvey then finds out that Jim Gordon is in the room. And warns to Hugo Strange to bring him back to the GCPD or else he would send troops there. Hugo was nice enough to let Jim go. But I don't think Hugo is playing nice anymore in Arkham and Gotham City...UNLEASHING NEW BEASTS.
