Przemek Kossakowski travels through the magical Ukraine and meets people who deal with the broadly understood alternative medicine. Quackers, fairies, healers. They all make up the second circuit of medical services. Interestingly, in Ukraine some of these services are regulated by law. Thus, Przemek often faces a dilemma and an assessment of his heroes.
