The Taste of Success kicks off with Domini Kemp showcasing the best of Dublin's food innovators. Be prepared to meet contestants including music producer Ken who thinks his luxurious fish pate will make Domini sing; baker Graham who hopes his twist on a classic will take him all the way and civil servant Geoffrey who is taking a risk with his Granny's recipe.

On episode four of The Taste of Success, it's Connaught/Ulster in the spotlight. Michelin-starred restaurateur, chef and author JP McMahon is in charge and his standards are very high. He's picked the best six contestants from the region on paper so tonight it's time to put them to the taste test.
Be prepared to meet:
Music teacher Siobhan Shaughnessy from Athenry, Co Galway, whose desert is not to be trifled with and who is competing to join her brother Ken McHugh, who made it through the Dublin round.
Ex-New Yorker Grace Kirby who is used to rubbing shoulders with the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker.
Single mother Joanne Clarke from Westport, Co Mayo whose nuts about sweet things.
Forager Conor Mulholland from Furbo, Co Galway, who's bringing the wild inside.
Darren Smith from Moville, Co Donegal who's bringing back an 80's classic with a twist.
And Danny Coleman from Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, who hopes his love of molecular gastronomy will wow JP.

Only eight candidates from the four regional heats remain. But half of them are about to be eliminated.
Tonight the candidates must prepare their products from scratch in front of their regional mentor. So the 4 mentors - Leinster's Catherine Fulvio, Munster's Martin Shanahan, Connaught/Ulster's JP McMahon and Dublin's Domini Kemp - will all be selecting their Regional champion, who will go on to represent them when they meet the Lidl Judging panel for the first time.
Will Ken McHugh and his Luxurious Smoked Fish Pate reign supreme over Geoffrey Keegan's Granny's Christmas Pudding Ice-cream for Domini? Martin has a tough choice between Antoinette Moore's Forever Free Lasagne and Jose Antonio Mansilla Yanguas's innovative potato fondant and Catherine must decide if she wants to champion John Core's Italian Hot Pot or Karyn Ryan's Choco Banoffee Banana Loaf.
