For their final signature bake, Siba and Paul request 24 glazed petit fours, which highlight distinct South African flavours. The technical challenge comes with a twist that takes the bakers by surprise, and for their last challenge of the season, bakers have 5 hours to create a large sculpture - the final chance to impress the judges enough to claim the title.
