Pankhuri holds relationships in high regard whereas Aditya degrades them. Govardhan is shocked to learn that Pankhuri has received a wedding proposal from the wealthy Deewan family. Purshottam challenges Aditya to a game of badminton. Aditya loses the game and agrees to go to Himachal with Avantika to meet Pankhuri. Pankhuri questions Dadaji about the prospective groom who is coming to see her.

Pankuri impresses her family with her English proficiency. Ambika objects to Govardhan's involvement in her family affairs. Avantika controls her siblings' responsibilities in the family business. Anuj obeys her whereas Preeti is disinterested in business. Avantika is displeased with Preeti's influence on Aditya. Purshottam informs her that Harish will be going to Himachal with Aditya and her. Aditya is surprised to learn that Pankhuri is not a member of any of the online social networks.

Aditya is elated to see Harish but he refuses to marry after witnessing another fight between his parents. Harish and Avantika pretend to make up in order to convince Aditya to go to Himachal with them. Diwakar and Govardhan make arrangements to receive Aditya’s family. Kamini takes Pankhuri to the beauty parlor. Aditya and his parents get stuck in a landslide in Himachal. Govardhan arranges transportation to escort them home. A couple of men recognize Harish from his comedy show on TV.

Aditya and his parents walk up the hill to Pankhuri’s house due to the landslide. Aditya’s parents are astonished when he receives Dadaji’s blessings by touching his feet willingly. Pankhuri’s family praises Harish’s comic talent. Avantika is displeased when Harish cracks a few jokes to entertain them. The Gupta family is shocked when Aditya asks to speak with Pankhuri alone. Pushkar is confounded when Aditya asks him for frappe. Aditya asks Pankhuri to show her driver’s license.

Govardhan is enraged when Aditya asks to speak with Pankhuri in private. Aditya demands a proof of Pankhuri’s age to test her honesty. He talks to her about the practical aspects of marriage like sharing their income and divorce settlements in case of separation. He is astonished to see Pankhuri’s family dining together. Preeti criticizes Avantika’s lack of motherly affection for Aditya. Purshottam feels guilty for neglecting his children after the death of his wife.

Govardhan is outraged after learning that Aditya had talked about divorce to Pankhuri before marriage. Pankhuri likes Aditya's honesty and decides to follow her heart whereas Aditya vows to remain practical to avoid heartache. Pankhuri's family decides to reject Aditya's wedding proposal. Aditya tries to talk to his parents about Pankhuri but he gets dejected after witnessing another fight between Harish and Avantika. He tells Purshottam that he does not want to marry Pankhuri.

Harish tells Aditya that the happiest moment of his life was when he had married Avantika. He advises Aditya not to spoil his future because of their failed marriage. Avantika overhears their conversation and gets emotional. Dadaji convinces his family to accept Aditya's wedding proposal after learning that Pankhuri likes him. Aditya decides to see few other prospective brides when he does not receive a call from Pankhuri. Pankhuri is saddened by the news.

Govardhan tells Pushkar to ensure that Aditya does not see any other prospective bride in Himachal other than Pankhuri. Pushkar tries to stop Aditya by puncturing his car tyre but his plan fails. Avantika criticizes Harish's outfit. Harish goes to the market to buy a muffler. The shopkeeper recognizes him from his TV comedy show and gifts him a colourful muffler but Avantika chooses a plain muffler for him. Aditya runs into Pankhuri at the market. She wishes him luck in searching for a bride.
