Victor, a renowned ophthalmologist from Creux, mysteriously becomes blind during a banal cataract operation which turns into a nightmare. It was his daughter, Laurence, an ophthalmologic surgeon, who was in charge of this medical operation. In addition to the guilt that eats away at her, Laurence has to face the accusations of her professional and personal entourage. Other cases of invisibility arise. In an inaccessible part of the hospital, linked to Victor's past, Nathan organizes a quarantine. He must also find Ayoub, his patient zero, who could help him to better understand the epidemic. Laurence, for her part, is convinced that the epidemic of invisibility is linked to the electromagnetic pollution of the new 5G antenna in Creux. She resumes her fight against the antenna.

Nathan discovers Pierre and his vision that allows him to see the invisible. In exchange for finding Lily, Pierre helps Nathan and his team round up the invisibles they need to test them. They sedate them with gas to force them to the hospital. Laurence discovers that Nathan has locked his daughter up with other invisibles. When she has no choice, she launches the operation against the antenna.
