Matt is down on the farm this week where the animal health team are looking at some cows that are free from tuberculousis, a disease that can be transmitted to humans in both milk and meat. Chris and food inspector Ben Milligan manage to surprise guests at a Hollywood party in High Wycombe, where the preparations end up coming under the spotlight.

Fast food is a massive problem for the food inspectors. Takeaway businesses in Southend come under the scrutiny of food inspector Steve Ramm. Sara Procter takes on a Suffolk pub landlord whose standards have been slipping. Chris and food inspector Ben Milligan are at City University, where the students learn some surprising lessons in food hygiene.
