Our Big Block Chevy gets ready for life inside a high-revving hot rod, with the addition of higher-flowing cylinder heads, a bigger intake manifold, valvetrain upgrades, accessories, and an EFI that’s rated for 1440 CFM!

If you want to make power, you need to have a plan! Today, we’ll cover the engine requirements and parts selection needed to get the horsepower number you desire.

Not everybody’s got big money to build big power. With that in mind, we turbocharge a bone stock Big Block Ford on the cheap!

Our Small Block Chevy cracked during a cold snap. So we’re going to take its guts, put them in a bigger 406ci block, and prep it for bigger power!

We’re putting together a unique high-compression 440ci road race engine for Carcass’ 1972 Split-Bumper Camaro race car!

We finish the assembly of our 440 with a conventional SBC bottom end and LS induction. Then we put it on the dyno and see how many ponies it puts out!
